Our properties were built to store paper products. This means ceiling heights reach as high as 35 feet and are wide open spaces.
We have the ability to create just about anything you would ever want inside these buildings. For example, in GB-5 we built a state-of-the-art, 450,000 cubic foot commercial freezer. Given the current $65 to $70 per square foot cost of new construction, we can save you BIG money as our cost starts at $25 per square foot.
